An issue affecting user-supplied cutoff values > 0.5 was identified and resolved in the standalone script (run_prosmorfpred) and web implementation. In the publication-associated version (v1.0.0), any cutoff value > 0.5 was inadvertently treated as 0.5 during processing. This issue does not affect the results reported in the associated publication, as cutoff values > 0.5 were not used in the reported analyses.
